1. The following terms are applicable for any products / Services that You purchased with Us.
2. No refunds for Natural Lawn Grass, mulch, stone, and nursery products. Other items/ Service Charges must be returned within 5 days and refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
3. Refunds are processed via the same method as the original payment (ie payments made by credit card will be refunded via credit card).
4. Natural Turf MUST be paid in full before cutting. Once cut a NO REFUND POLICY applies.
5. Once delivery is tipped off the truck NO REFUND POLICY applies
6. Cancellation of delivery after loading will result in a fee, the fee will reflect the cost of loading and unloading, and any transport involved.
7. Any product that is mixed at the customer’s request will not be able to be returned or exchanged. No Refund will be given under any circumstance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. This transaction and any dispute arising out of or relating to this transaction, including its formation, performance, or breach, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Delhi without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Dispute Resolution

1. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, this transaction shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in India County, New Delhi, and the Buyer hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Product Disclaimers

2. NO WARRANTIES: We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The customer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the purchase and use of these products.
