- The following terms are applicable for any products / Services that You purchased with Us.
- No refunds for Natural Lawn Grass, mulch, stone, and nursery products. Other items/ Service Charges must be returned within 5 days and refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Refunds are processed via the same method as the original payment (ie payments made by credit card will be refunded via credit card).
- Natural Turf MUST be paid in full before cutting. Once cut a NO REFUND POLICY applies.
- Once delivery is tipped off truck NO REFUND POLICY applies
- Cancellation of delivery after loading will result in a fee, the fee will reflect the cost of loading and unloading, and any transport involved.
- Any product which is mixed at the customer’s request will not be able to be returned or exchanged. No Refund will be given under any circumstance.
